The Tennis Club will offer tennis aficionados of all levels plenty of opportunity for friendly matches, clinics, lessons and spirited competitions, even exhibition matches by visiting tennis celebrities. Future expansion will add three additional courts to the beautiful Club grounds.

A boutique pro shop will provide just about everything the tennis enthusiast could need from equipment and gear to garb and gifts including pro services and lessons for players at all levels.

A tropically styled sports bar with big-screen television adjoins the Tennis Club. It promises to become a favorite gathering place for friends to meet after a match for drinks and conversation.

This center is designed to be a state-of-the-art facility incorporating a large gym, the latest in cardio, workout and weight-training equipment, and will host an active schedule of fitness, yoga and Pilates classes that will keep you in top tropical shape.

The center will also have a full-service spa, massage and aesthetic services, wet and dry saunas, luxurious hot tubs and a fresh juice bar.

Coco Bay Estates beautiful resort-like swimming pools and water play areas have been created to take advantage of the amazing natural beauty of the community. The architect-designed pools feature areas for adults and children. At center of the main pool is an island with tropical waterfalls and swirling whirlpool tubs. Two large basking pools offer the ultimate retreat for quiet and luxurious relaxation and sunbathing. Adults will enjoy a swim-up bar and private pool areas for the grownups; and children will certainly delight in the water park play area with its geysers and slides.
