FURNITURE PACKAGES

Decorate with style and ease by taking advantage of our turnkey furniture packages. Coco Bay’s carefully chosen furniture providers offer personalized service specific to your space and taste. Accessorize your condominium indoors and out with everything you could need, from furniture, window treatments and artwork to household appliances and electronic equipment.

Our preferred providers were chosen because of their experience, high quality products and customer service.   Each of them offers a total furniture package created by a professional interior designer which can be designed for our 2 or 3 bedroom condominiums and provides all essential items for resort living; from cutlery to a Bali inspired sofa; to art work, bed side tables and a flat screen TV as well as electrical items, household items and curtain treatments. Every customer receives a personalized space plan showing their furniture layout and each project is managed on a turnkey basis.

The turnkey furniture package takes the headache out of furnishing properties piece by piece from more than one supplier and the whole process can take less than two months to complete, depending upon the client's requirements.

All packages will include an electronics package, mattress, bedding and linens package, accessories package, draperies and housewares.  Each package price will include taxes, shipping, delivery and installation.  An added benefit of using one of our preferred providers is that each of them will work closely with a Coco Bay Estates Representative to guarantee that they receive all the plans and drawings necessary to ensure that the furniture and accessories they select are appropriate for the space.  In addition they are granted access to the site for fittings and measurements prior to and during installation.  There will also be a "walk-thru" service available after completion in case the buyer cannot be on site during the delivery and installation.

In general the prices vary from between $27,000-$55,000 for the 2 bedroom and from $37,000 to $65,000 for the 3 bedroom, depending on whether it is standard or deluxe. The standard option is a basic furniture package for those on a budget and is the perfect choice for those who plan to use their unit a few weeks a year and plan to be part of a rental program. The deluxe option is ideal for luxury rentals and for those who plan to spend extended periods of time in their homes. On behalf of our customers, Coco Bay Estates requires a minimum one year guarantee on all wood, metal, and outdoor furnishings and six months for all upholstery and draperies.
