Financing Assistance

Coco Bay Estates is now able to offer financing for lot and custom home building. Our internal team has dedicated a great deal of time working with the top five Costa Rican banks and have put together a comprehensive package that allows for financing both land and construction loans. Homeowner Association Fees

Lot & Homeowner HOA fees are the following:
$250.00 dollars monthly to include maintenance of common areas, common landscaping, 24-hr security and all the amenities listed below. Condo HOA fees are estimated at $325 per month.
